You have 15 calendar days from the day you receive your order to postmark your item(s) for return. Your refund will be credited to you in the same form of payment used to make the purchase. Returns postmarked after 15 calendar days will only be eligible for store credit. We do not issue return labels after 28 days upon receiving your order. We accept returns on item(s) in new condition with original tags attached, unworn, unwashed, and free of any alterations for a full refund (minus shipping costs). All item(s) being returned must also be accompanied by the original packaging, i.e. poly bags, papermailer, and do not remove tags. Any item(s) marked final sale are not eligible for refunds, store credit, or exchange. Additionally, as a small business, currently, any discounted item(s) or item(s) purchased on sale are returnable for exchange or store credit only. International returns: International orders can be returned for exchange or store credit only. Furthermore, we do not issue shipping labels for international returns. The shipping costs, duties, taxes, and fees are the responsibility of the customer as well as tracking the package. You must use a trackable shipping service, if you do not, we won't be able to process your international return refund.
