If my item is sold out, How long does it take to receive my order?
We are a Made to Order business and we keep minimum stock of items. We hope to ship out available stock from the time of your purchase. Please expect a 2-3 weeks lead time for all accepted orders. We will provide you with an estimated delivery and tracking number once completed.
If my item is available for Pre-Order when should I expect to receive my items?
Pre-Order is available on select styles. We will provide you with an estimated delivery date. Pre-Order is an opportunity to order and purchase goods that are not released to the public yet. We will provide you with an estimated delivery date.
How long will it take for my order to ship?
If in stock, your package will be shipped within 1-2 business days of placing your order, excluding weekends and holidays. Please allow an additional 2-3 processing days during sale periods. Expedited orders will be shipped the same day if placed before our cut off time of 12 pm PST. We do not ship on the weekend or on U.S. holidays, and we do not offer Saturday delivery for expedited shipping. ALMOST THERE is not responsible for delays due to local disruptions.

Items shipped outside of the United States may be subject to duties, taxes, handling, or other miscellaneous fees which have been defined by the country of import. These fees are not included in the cost of your order. ALMOST THERE will not be held responsible for any international costs that may occur. How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with a link to track your package! If you can’t find your shipping confirmation, please double check your spam and promotion folders. If you still can’t find it, feel free to reach out to us!
My package is lost, what do I do?

We will file a claim and do what we can. How do I check my order status?

How do I cancel or change my order?
Once an order has been placed, we are unfortunately unable to make any changes to it. You can request to cancel your order by emailing email@example.com; however, once an order has been shipped, we are unable to cancel it.

What currency does your site use?
We will process payments in your local currency. There are some limitations and special cases in which we will have to charge your card in USD. In those cases, the conversion is handled by your financial institution.

If you have questions about a specific style’s measurements, please contact us with both your waist, hip, and bust measurements so we are able to help as efficiently and accurately as possible.
How do I care for my ALMOST THERE piece?
Our policy is green dry clean only to preserve the natural beauty. However our styles can be machine wash and air dry. Never use Chlorine Bleach. Hot steam if needed.
What is your return policy?
You have 15 calendar days from the day you receive your order to postmark your item(s) for return. Your refund will be credited to you in the same form of payment used to make the purchase. Returns postmarked after 15 calendar days will only be eligible for store credit. We do not issue return labels after 28 days upon receiving your order. We accept returns on item(s) in new condition with original tags attached, unworn, unwashed, and free of any alterations for a full refund (minus shipping costs). All item(s) being returned must also be accompanied by the original packaging, i.e. poly bags, papermailer, and do not remove tags. Any item(s) marked final sale are not eligible for refunds, store credit, or exchange. US Domestic Returns can be processed here. International returns: We do not issue shipping labels for international returns. The shipping costs, duties, taxes, and fees are the responsibility of the customer as well as tracking the package. You must use a trackable shipping service, if you do not, we won't be able to process your international return refund. What if my return is past the 28 days?
Any returns postmarked more than 28 days from the delivery date are ineligible for a refund and will be issued a store credit.
What if I need to exchange for a different size or color?
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like to exchange something for a different size or color, please return the original item(s) for a full refund and place a new order.
Does my store credit from my return expire?
Yes, any store credit issued for a return has an expiration date of 1 year from the issue date.
When will I get my refund?
Once we receive your return, please allow 5-7 business days for your return to be fully processed. Once the return is processed, please allow an additional 5-10 days for your bank to post the refund to your account. We can only issue credits back to the original form of payment. Once the return has processed we will send an email so you know it’s on the way!
How do I return a gift?

What does it mean if an item is marked Final Sale?
All items that are marked final sale have been marked down in price and cannot be returned for a refund or store credit, or exchanged for a different size, color or style. All items marked Final Sale cannot be returned for a refund or store credit, or exchanged for a different size, color, or style. If you send back an item marked Final Sale we will not process this return, once it is received to our warehouse it will be automatically shipped back to you.
